        Furnizare scutece de unică folosință, tampoane unică folosință incontinență, absorbante igienice cu aripioare, șervețele umede, bavete și aleze conform solicitarilor din caietul de sarcini . Acordul cadru se va încheia pentru o perioada de 36 de luni cu maxim 3 (trei) operatori economici clasați în ordinea prețului ofertat, în cazul în care exista trei operatori economici declarați admiși (îndeplinesc condițiile solicitate conform documentației de atribuire).

        În cazul în care nu sunt minim trei operatori economici, acordul cadru se va încheia cu toți operatorii economici calificați.

                        Modalitatea de departajare a ofertelor cu preț egal, rezultate in urma aplicarii criteriului de atribuire "pretul cel mai scazut" este urmatoarea:

                        - in cazul în care două sau mai multe oferte sunt situate pe primul loc, autoritatea contractantă solicită ofertanţilor o nouă propunere financiară, iar contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului a cărui nouă propunere financiară are preţul cel mai scăzut;

                        - in situaţia încheierii acordului-cadru cu mai mulţi operatori economici, fără reluarea competiţiei, atunci când două sau mai multe oferte au o valoare totală egală a propunerii financiare şi sunt clasate pe acelaşi loc, în vederea departajării, autoritatea contractantă solicită noi propuneri financiare acestora, fără ca acest lucru să afecteze poziţiile superioare în clasament.

                        Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.

                        Solicitarile de clarificari referitoare la prezenta documentatie de atribuire se vor adresa in mod exclusiv in SEAP la sectiunea “Intrebari” din cadrul procedurii de atribuire , iar raspunsuile la acestea vor fi publicate in SEAP la sectiunea “Documentatie, clarificari, decizii” din cadrul anuntului/invitatiei de participare.
