        DUAE va fi configurat de către autoritatea/entitatea contractantă direct în SEAP la definirea documentației de atribuire. Operatorii economici care participă la procedură vor completa direct în SEAP, în secțiunea dedicată a procedurii de interes, DUAE-ul deja configurat de autoritatea/entitatea contractantă.
        
        Detalii cu privire la întocmirea DUAE se vor regăsi, după autentificarea în sistem, în secțiunea „Informații DUAE” – Ghid de completare DUAE.
        
        În cazul în care, pentru un lot, după finalizarea analizării documentelor de calificare şi a ofertelor tehnice vor exista preţuri egale (oferte financiare identice), totodată fiind şi cele mai scăzute pentru lotul respectiv, autoritatea contractantă va solicita doar acestor operatori economici o nouă ofertă financiară ce va fi transmisă în SEAP, caz în care contractul va fi atribuit ofertantului a cărui nouă ofertă financiară are preţul cel mai scăzut pentru acel lot. Se vor transmite Formularul de ofertă şi Centralizatorul ofertei financiare. Dacă ofertantul nu răspunde la solicitarea de a prezenta o nouă ofertă financiară, înseamnă că își menține oferta financiară inițială. Dacă dupa prima reofertare vor rezulta din nou prețuri egale, acest procedeu va fi reluat încă o dată.
        
        Comunicarea privind rezultatul procedurii va fi transmis prin intermediul SEAP în secțiunea ”Comunicări”.
        
        Pentru vizualizarea documentației de atribuire încărcate în SEAP, este necesar ca operatorii economici să dețină/ instaleze pe stația de lucru, aplicația care permite verificarea semnăturii electronice și vizualizarea documentelor semnate electronic (disponibile pe site-urile furnizorilor de semnătură electronică).
        
        Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.
        
        Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este: pana in a 16-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
        
        Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Daca aceste termene vor fi zile nelucratoare, autoritatea va raspunde in ultima zi lucratoare inainte de termenul respectiv.
