        Acordul-cadru are ca obiect reparația unui nr. de 112 autovehicule, cvadricicle și vehicule tractate, din parcul auto al I.S.U.J. Iaşi, structurat pe 19 loturi conform Anexei nr. 1 la caietul de sarcini astfel:

        Obiectul acordului cadru a fost divizat pe loturi pentru a adapta dimensiunea contractelor individuale rezultate, astfel incat sa corespunda mai bine nevoilor autoritatii contractante, precum si capacitatii operatorilor economici. In acest sens se vor incheia acorduri cadru, pentru fiecare lot în parte.

        În derularea contractului se va avea în vedere faptul că orice serviciu de reparație autovehicule va fi achiziționat doar în baza unui contractant subsecvent, semnat de către reprezentanții legali ai parților, numai în limita fondurilor alocate pentru anul bugetar.

        În situația în care după atribuirea acordului cadru, fondurile alocate pentru anul bugetar sunt sub pragurile estimate, autoritatea contractanta nu-si asuma obligatia de a executa serviciile de reparații autovehicule la valoarea minimă sau maxima prezentate în caietul de sarcini.

        Acordul-cadru, ca modalitate specială de atribuire a unui contract de achiziție publică, conține cantităti estimate, care autoritatea contractanta apreciază a le va achizitiona ulterior, cantitati care apar la nivelul documentatiei de atribuire a respectivului acord cadru, autoritatea contractanta avand obligatia, ulterior, la momentul încheierii contractelor subsecvente, de a stabili cantitatile fixe ce vor fi achizitionate in cadrul respectivului contract subsecvent.

        Serviciile si produsele aferente executării serviciilor de reparații autovehicule ce se vor achiziționa trebuie să îndeplinească în totalitate cerințele minime ale specificațiilor tehnice asa cum sunt prevăzute în Caietul de sarcini.

        Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturii este de 18 zile.

        Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

        Note :

        Autovehiculele aflate în perioada de garanţie vor fi deservite în reţeaua de service autorizată a producătorului auto, pentru lucrările incluse în contractele de garanţie valabile. Autoritatea contractantă se va ocupa de prezenţa şi efectuarea lucrărilor în perioada de garanţie a autovehiculelor.
