In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
