        Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia in functie de necesitati si de alocatii bugetare, conform caietului de sarcini:

        Lot 1 - Inhibitori micotoxine: min. 1300 kg – max. 8000 kg/ acord cadru

        Lot 2- Orz boabe: min. 20000 kg – max. 800000 kg/ acord cadru

        Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se estimeaza ca va fi incheiat (mentionat in caietul de sarcini din cadrul documentatiei de atribuire) este 606000 lei fara TVA defalcata pe fiecare lot astfel:

        1 Inhibitori micotoxine - val. maxima 66000 lei (cant min. 300 kg - max. 3000 kg)

        2 Orz boabe - val. maxima 540000 lei (cant min. 7000 kg - max. 300000 kg).

        Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent care se estimeaza ca va fi incheiat pentru fiecare lot sunt mentionate in caietul de sarcini din cadrul documentatiei de atribuire.

        Autoritatea va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificare / informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor,

        Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor – 18 zile.

            Cerintele tehnice definite la nivelul anuntului de participare, caietului de sarcini sau altor documente complementare, prin

            trimiterea standardelor, la un anumit producator, la marci, brevete, tipuri, la o origine sau la o productie/metoda specifica de

            fabricatie/prestare/executie, vor fi intelese ca fiind insotite de mentiunea ”sau echivalent”.

            Toate documentele depuse în SEAP (oferta, solicitari de clarificari etc.) vor fi scanate si vor fi semnate cu semnatura electronica.

            Oferta incarcata in SEAP fara semnatura digitala va fi declarata inacceptabila si descalificata in conditiile art.137 alin. 2 lit j. din HG

            395/2016.

            Ofertantul îsi asuma raspunderea exclusiva pentru legalitatea si autenticitatea tuturor documentelor prezentate in vederea participarii la

            procedura.

            Documentele de justificative aferente ce atesta indeplinirea criteriilor de calificare vor fi prezentate conform legii 98/2016 de catre

            operatorul economic a carui oferta s-a clasat pe primele 3 locuri, in clasamentul aferent fiecarui lot.

            Modul de departajare a ofertelor cu preturi egale: în cazul în care se constata ca exista 2 sau mai multe oferte clasate pe locul 1 sau pe

            locul 3 (ultima pozitie din clasament cu care se va incheia acordul cadru) cu preturi egale, autoritatea contractanta va solicita prin

            intermediul SEAP, in vederea încarcarii electronice de catre operatorii economici de documente care contin noi preturi, pana cand se vor

            putea departaja ofertele.

            Operatorul economic semnatar al contractului are obligatia de a lua toate masurile posibile în vederea minimizarii costurilor, pentru a

            servi în cel mai bun mod interesele autoritatii contractante. Accesarea DUAE in vederea completarii de catre operatorii economici

            interesati se face direct pe SEAP.
