Prorrogação do prazo de execução contratual pelo período adicional de 9 (nove) meses, sem previsão de renovações.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

De acordo com o disposto no n.º 1 da Cláusula 4.ª do Contrato, “O contrato terá início na data da sua celebração e é celebrado pelo prazo de 12 (Doze) meses, sendo renovável, por iguais períodos, até ao limite máximo de 24 (vinte e quatro) meses, caso não seja denunciado por qualquer das partes mediante envio de comunicação registada com aviso de recepção, com a antecedência mínima de 90 dias, relativamente ao respectivo termo”; O “Contrato Prestação de serviços de trabalho temporário” foi objeto de renovação, encontrando-se o seu termo fixado no dia 03/01/2024; À presente data, do plafond total de € 1.000.000,00, encontra-se disponível, por não ter sido ainda consumido, o montante de € 223.231,17; A TRATOLIXO mantém as necessidades aquisitivas e a GRANDALVO encontra-se disponível para assegurar a manutenção das condições contratuais subjacentes à celebração do "Contrato de Prestação de serviços de trabalho temporário" (21.GRH.05).
