A presente apostilha tem por objeto fixar o valor da indemnização a título de reposição do equilíbrio financeiro do contrato por agravamento dos custos de realização da obra, decorrentes da segunda prorrogação legal de prazo de 167 (cento e sessenta e sete) dias e da terceira prorrogação legal do prazo de 198 (cento e noventa e oito) dias de calendário.
