Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

A presente Adenda tem por objeto ratificar a revisão de preços do contrato segundo a fórmula contratualmente estabelecida, sendo aplicado o fator de compensação de 1,04 ao Coeficiente de atualização do preço contratual (Ct), conforme previsto na alínea b)do número 3 do artigo 3.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 36/2022, de 20 de maio, na redação conferida pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 49-A/2023, de 30 de junho.
