Verificou-se que, na fase de execução da empreitada, sugiram trabalhos que resultaram de circunstâncias não previstas e imprevisíveis na fase de projeto, que, em obra, se
tornaram imprescindíveis para a conclusão da empreitada. Estes trabalhos são necessários à conclusão e bom acabamento da obra, não podendo ser tecnicamente separados do
contrato inicial, sem que isso cause inconvenientes graves e impliquem consideráveis prejuízos ao dono de obra.
