Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Face à manutenção das necessidades aquisitivas pela TRATOLIXO, bem como face à manutenção dos pressupostos em que assentaram as propostas adjudicadas e apresentadas pela HR PROTECÇÃO, o Contrato foi sendo sucessivamente renovado, encontrando-se o seu termo (coincidente com a segunda e última renovação) previsto para 23/09/2023.À presente data, do plafond total de € 299.721,53 (duzentos e noventa e nove mil, setecentos e vinte e um euros e cinquenta e três cêntimos) encontram-se disponíveis, por não ter sido ainda consumido, € 206.461,81 (duzentos e seis mil, quatrocentos e sessenta e um euros e oitenta e um cêntimo), pelo que se decide proceder à modificação objetiva em causa.
