No decurso da execução do contrato de empreitada, mostrou-se necessário proceder à modificação do contrato com fundamento em razões de interesse público em virtude de uma nova ponderação das circunstâncias existentes, decorrente do facto de o Munícipio ter exigido, à posteriori, a alteração do traçado da conduta das zonas de passeio para a estrada, bem como, da necessidade de correção do tipo de tubagem e do sentido do escoamento do abastecimento de água.
