Prorrogação do prazo de execução, passando o mesmo para 1.173 dias.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

O Contrato Adicional tem por objeto formalizar a realização de trabalhos complementares, verificados no âmbito da execução da presente empreitada (conforme art. 370.º do Código dos contratos Públicos). Tem igualmente por objeto a prorrogação do prazo contratual de execução da empreitada, o qual em razão das prorrogações conferidas, passa a ser de1,173 dias, terminando em 03/05/2024.
