      Este procedimento é urgente dada a necessidade da sua preparação, organização e execução até 31 de dezembro de 2023. As CAMPANHAS PUBLICITÁRIAS carecem de reserva de espaço no mês anterior,não sendo por isso possível cumprir os prazos normais de um concurso público com publicidade internacional. Por outro lado, as ações previstas resultam de um único pedido de modificação a ser submetido ao IVV até 30/11/2023, nos termos do n.º 15 do Aviso nº 1/2023, modificações essas que foram aprovadas em reunião do Presidente e Vices Presidentes do Conselho Interprofissional, que teve lugar no dia 03/10/2023
