         1 - O adjudicatário deverá apresentar, através da plataforma eletrónica os documentos de habilitação mencionados nas alíneas a) - Anexo II do presente Programa - e b) do n.º 1 do art.º 81.º do CCP, bem como, nos termos do nº 8 do mesmo artigo, declaração do ASF - Autoridade de Supervisão de Seguros Fundos de Pensões, comprovativa de que está autorizado a exercer a atividade de seguros em Portugal, como Seguradora.

         2 - Nos casos em que o valor do contrato a celebrar determine a sua sujeição a fiscalização prévia do Tribunal de Contas, o órgão competente para a decisão de contratar deve solicitar ao adjudicatário a apresentação de um plano de prevenção de corrupção e infrações conexas, salvo se este for uma pessoa singular ou uma micro, pequena ou média empresa, devidamente certificada nos termos da lei (n.º 9 do art.º 81.º do CCP).
