Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

A revisão dos preços contratuais como consequência de alteração dos custos de mão de obra, de materiais ou de equipamentos de apoio durante a execução da empreitada, foi efetuada nos termos da legislação em vigor (Decreto-Lei n.º 6/2004, de 6 de janeiro, na sua redação atual) com base na fórmula tipo de reabilitação média de edifícios (F06), cuja estrutura de custos consta do Despacho n.º 1592/2004 (2.ª série), publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 19, de 23 de janeiro de 2004. Os últimos índices de custos definitivos publicados são os de maio de 2023, para materiais e equipamentos de apoio (Aviso n.º 16142/2023), e de março de 2023, para a mão de obra (Aviso n.º 12118/2023). Os índices relativos aos meses seguintes são provisórios.
