Durante a execução da obra, foram detetados, ao abrigo do disposto no art.º 370 e seguintes do Código dos Contratos Públicos, nos termos da redação do DL n.º 111-B/2017, trabalhos complementares que resultam de circunstâncias não previstas constantes da Ordem de Execução n.º 313-OE-030-EOD e ainda no escrupuloso cumprimento do n.º 2 e 4 do artigo 370.º do CCP nos termos da redação da Lei n.º 30/2021 de 21 de maio, trabalhos complementares que constam das Ordens de Execução n.º 313-OE-029-EON, 313-OE-031-EON e 313-OE-032-EOD
