Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

O 12.º Adicional contempla, entre outras, a Ordem de Execução n.º 187-OE-062-SUT - “Supressão de trabalhos de arranjos exteriores devido a alteração da solução do Campo de Jogos”. Após a contratação do referido adicional, verificou-se a necessidade de repor quantidades do muro de betão M3b que haviam sido suprimidas nesta ordem de supressão de trabalhos, dado que tais quantidades são necessárias à fixação da boca siamesa pertencente à rede de água de combate a incêndios, do que resultou a necessidade de proceder à revisão da ordem de execução para acolher esta alteração.
