Predmet tega dodatka je dodaten obseg ur nadgradenj informacijskega sistema, ki v Pogodbi z izbranim izvajalcem ni bil predviden ter se lahko uporabi za nadgradnjo informacijskega
sistema za upravljanje s stanovanji za najem, med drugim za potrebne nadgradnje za oddajo prijav na razpise naročnika ter za povezovanje in usklajevanje podatkov s sistemi iz
ostalih sklopov JN 6/2021 pod pogoji, ki so opredeljeni v Pogodbi. Nadgradnje informacijskih sistemov so potrebne zaradi naknadno ugotovljenih potreb vezanih na obračun najemnin v
sistemu ProNaqjs in vzdrževanju stanovanj v sistemu Najs.

Predmet tega dodatka je dodaten obseg ur nadgradenj informacijskega sistema, ki v Pogodbi z izbranim izvajalcem ni bil predviden ter se lahko uporabi za nadgradnjo informacijskega
sistema za upravljanje s stanovanji za najem, med drugim za potrebne nadgradnje za oddajo prijav na razpise naročnika ter za povezovanje in usklajevanje podatkov s sistemi iz
ostalih sklopov JN 6/2021 pod pogoji, ki so opredeljeni v Pogodbi. Nadgradnje informacijskih sistemov so potrebne zaradi naknadno ugotovljenih potreb evidentiranja, obdelav in
končnih cen naročenih del vezanih na vzdrževanja stanovanj.
