         1. Nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no n.º 1, do artigo 47.º, do CCP, o preço base global do presente concurso é de 3.550.050,00 EUR (três milhões quinhentos e cinquenta mil e cinquenta euros), sem IVA incluído, repartido por cada um dos lotes da seguinte forma:

         a) Preço base do Lote 1: 3.053.250,00 EUR;
