Acordo de Modificação ao Contrato celebrado entre as partes, decorrente da necessidade de realização de serviços complementares, com consequente prorrogação do prazo de validade e aumento do valor do contrato.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Tendo em consideração o valor executado e atendendo ao valor médio diário das despesas relativas ao contrato, verificou-se que o valor por executar seria suficiente até final do contrato. Estando em fase pré-contratual um novo procedimento para os mesmos serviços nas mesmas condições comerciais do contrato ainda vigente, prevendo-se que a conclusão da tramitação procedimental ocorra só após a data do termino do contrato em vigor, foi decidido garantir a manutenção em continuo dos serviços sem qualquer interrupção que limite essa mesma possibilidade. Tendo em vista o interesse público e a garantia de melhoria contínua dos serviços prestados aos clientes procedeu-se à modificação do contrato nº 11PF/2022 - Lote I, nos termos do artº 311º do Código dos Contratos Públicos, por acordo entre as partes. Foi alterado o período de vigência do contrato e correspondente valor global, mantendo-se todas as condições inicialmente contratadas.
