Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

A presente Adenda tem por objeto a aprovação do 3º Plano Modificado (Versão 19.3) e 3º Plano de Pagamentos (Edição 02) da empreitada, a prorrogação de prazo da componente de investimento de 255 (duzentos e cinquenta e cinco) dias, transferindo a sua conclusão para o dia 04/07/2024, e uma prorrogação de prazo legal do contrato de 589 (quinhentos e oitenta e nove) dias de calendário, transferindo a sua conclusão para o dia 10/05/2029, sem qualquer custo adicional.
