COUTO ALVES, S.A. a favor do Consórcio formado pelas empresas RAMALHO ROSA COBETAR, SOCIEDADE DE CONSTRUÇÕES, S.A./ FCC CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A./ CONTRATAS Y VENTAS, S.A.U., que passará a assumir a responsabilidade pela execução da presente empreitada, nos termos do acordo de cessão de posição contratual firmado entre ambos e aprovado por deliberação do Conselho de Administração de 15/09/2022.
