Apenas após finalização dos serviços foi possível aferir as quantidades reais de cada item, relativamente às quantidades estimadas, conforme mapa de fecho de contas, que contem as quantidades adjudicadas versus as quantidades efetivamente realizadas, assim como o valor das mais/menos valias incorridas para cada um dos itens da prestação de serviços.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Trabalhos complementares, incluindo as mais/menos valias para cada um dos itens da prestação de serviços, que resultou numa menos valia de -2.858,49€, relativamente ao valor inicialmente adjudicado de 265.790,95€, perfazendo assim o valor global final de 262.932,46€.
