Provision of Travel Agency Services to FRONTEX
Reference number: Frontex/2022/OP/661/KM/AAThe subject matter of the contract is provision of travel agency services to FRONTEX, as described in Terms of reference (Annex II). The scope of the tender has been divided into two distinct lots:
• lot 1 – provision of corporate travel services;
• lot 2 – travel and related arrangements in support of the deployment of FRONTEX Standing Corps.
Provision of Corporate Travel Services
The aim of the contract is to ensure provision of high-quality travel agency services to FRONTEX by a professional company, hereinafter called the ‘travel agency’, including transportation, accommodation, as well as other travel-related services, such as visas. The travel agency will provide all work-related travel services, which can be in some cases combined in part with private travel, for FRONTEX staff and for any other person travelling on behalf of or at the request of FRONTEX.
Travel and Related Arrangements in Support of the Deployment of FRONTEX Standing Corps
The aim of the contract is to ensure provision of high-quality travel agency services to Frontex by a professional company, hereinafter called the ‘travel agency’, including transportation, accommodation, as well as other travel-related services, such as car rentals and assistance in obtaining visas, for Standing Corps CAT 1 and SC CAT 2 officers. The travel agency will provide all work-related travel services, which can be in some cases combined in part with private travel, to Frontex Travellers. The services provided by the travel agency to Standing Corps CAT 1 and Standing Corps CAT 2, are based on a deployment decision and approved mission order. Most Standing Corps" deployments are long-term missions, meaning missions longer than 59 consecutive days in the same place.
