    Участниците в обществената поръчка трябва да притежават валидно Разрешение за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издадено по реда на чл.79, ал.2 от Закона за медицинските изделия /ЗМИ/ или документ, удостоверяващ правото за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издаден от компетентен орган на държава – членка на ЕС, на държава – страна по споразумението за Европейско икономическо пространство или на Конфедерация Щвейцария съгласно чл.77, ал.1 ЗМИ.
    
    Съответствието с поставения критерий се декларира с попълване на част IV, буква „А“ от еЕЕДОП, като се посочва: номер и дата на издаване на валидното Разрешение за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издадено по реда на чл.79, ал.2 от Закона за медицинските изделия /ЗМИ/ или документ, удостоверяващ правото за търговия на едро с медицински изделия, издаден от компетентен орган на държава – членка на ЕС, на държава – страна по споразумението за Европейско икономическо пространство или на Конфедерация Щвейцария съгласно чл.77, ал.1 ЗМИ

На основание чл.70, ал.3 от ЗОП възложителят уведомява, че избрания критерий за възлагане на настоящата обществена поръчка е „най-ниска цена”. Наред с това той оповестява, че ще използва т.нар. „обърнат ред“ на разглеждане на офертите по чл. 104, ал. 2 от ЗОП във връзка с чл. 61 от ППЗОП, т.е. оценката на техническите и ценовите предложения ще се извърши преди провеждане на предварителния подбор. Възложителят изисква от определения изпълнител гаранция за изпълнение на договора в размер на 2% от общата стойност на договора без ДДС в една от следните форми: 1. парична сума - внесена по сметката на възложителя IBAN: BG95STSA93000023463650, BIC: STSABGSF, Банка ДСК ЕАД; 2. банкова гаранция; 3. застраховка, която обезпечава изпълнението чрез покритие на отговорността на изпълнителя. Срок на валидност на гаранцията – 12 месеца, удължена с 30 дни след крайната дата на приключване на договора. На дружествата, регистрирани в юрисдикции с преференциален данъчен режим и на контролираните от тях лица се забранява пряко или косвено участие в процедура, независимо от характера и стойността на обществената поръчка, включително и чрез гражданско дружество/консорциум, в консорциум, в което участва дружество, регистрирано в юрисдикция с преференциален данъчен режим. Когато въз основа на неверни данни е приложено изключение по чл.4 от Закона за икономическите и финансовите отношения с дружествата, регистрирани в юрисдикции с преференциален данъчен режим, контролираните от тях лица и техните действителни собственици участникът се отстранява от участие в ОП. Забранява се участието в процедури по Закона за обществените поръчки на участник, за който са налице обстоятелства по чл. 87 от за Закона противодействие на корупция. Задължителнитe основания за отстраняване по чл. 54, ал. 1 и допълнителните по чл. 55, ал. 1, т. 1, както и по чл. 107 от ЗОП са посочени подробно в Указанието за участие.
