        Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia sektorowego prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. (Dz.U. poz. 2019 ze zm.), zwanej dalej ustawą Pzp. Postępowanie jest prowadzone w języku polskim. Obowiązek informacyjny wynikający z artykułu 13 ust. 1 i 2 RODO (UE) spełniono na stronie internetowej PGG S.A. w zakładce RODO. Zamawiający przedstawia klauzulę informacyjną wynikającą z przepisów RODO w kategorii kontrahent – treść klauzuli informacyjnej umieszczona jest na stronie internetowej PGG S.A. Zamawiający na podstawie art. 393 ust. 1 pkt 4 ustawy Pzp odrzuci ofertę w której udział produktów pochodzących z państw członkowskich UE, państw z którymi UE zawarła umowy o równym traktowaniu przedsiębiorców lub państw wobec których na mocy decyzji Rady stosuje się przepisy dyrektywy 2014/25/UE nie przekracza 50%.
