Description:

  W związku z kończącymi się terminami użytkowania poszczególnych licencji oraz zachowaniem możliwości bieżącego wykonywania zadań przez pracowników OPI PIB jest konieczne skrócenie terminu składania ofert w celu wyboru najkorzystniejszej oferty w terminie umożliwiającym zapewnienie zachowania ciągłości dostępu do licencji.
  
  Po wygaśnięciu dostępów do poszczególnych licencji, Zamawiający nie będzie mógł korzystać
  
  z oprogramowania jak również utraci możliwość analizowania zgromadzonych różnego rodzaju danych, co znacząco utrudni pracę pracowników OPI PIB. Zgodnie z dotychczasową wiedzą jak i doświadczeniem Zamawiającego okres skrócenia terminu składania ofert nie wpłynie na konkurencyjność postępowania.
