II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

Das Museum besteht aus einem dreigeschossigen Vorderhaus mit

Walmdach und Spitzboden, einem zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen

Verbindungsbau (Mittelhaus) sowie einem dreigeschossigen Anbau

(Hinterhaus) mit Tonnendach in gemauerter Bauweise. Die genauen Maße

sind den beigefügten Plänen zu entnehmen.

Das Gebäude grenzt südlich und östlich an die Viktoriastraße. Westlich

befindet sich ein Park, der östlich gelegene Parkplatz ist über vorbenannte

Straße zu erreichen. Für die Baustelleneinrichtung steht die

Parkplatzfläche, die im Einzelnen durch die Bauüberwachung

zugewiesen wird, zur Verfügung. Feuerwehrzufahrten, Fluchtwege und

Notausgänge sind für die ungehinderte Durchfahrt bzw. den Durchgang

freizuhalten. Freie Zufahrt für eine LKW Anlieferung ist gegeben.

Der Hauptzugang in das Gebäude erfolgt über eine vierstufige

Außentreppe am Treppenhaus „B“.

Innerhalb des Gebäudes gibt es 3 Treppenhäuser („A“, „B“, „C“) vom KG bis

in das DG / 2.OG. Eine Verbindung vom Vorder- zum Mittel- und Hinterhaus

ist nur im EG und 1. OG vorhanden.

Der vorhandene Aufzug im Treppenhaus "C" steht für Personen- und

Materialtransport nicht zur Verfügung.
