         Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: całodobowe świadczenie usług medycznych w stosunku do osób zatrzymanych, doprowadzonych przez funkcjonariuszy z zastrzeżeniem, iż wykonywane one będą przez 7 dni w tygodniu- 24 godziny na dobę. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do świadczenia następujących usług medycznych osobom zatrzymanym, doprowadzonym przez funkcjonariuszy Zamawiającego: wykonanie badania lekarskiego osoby zatrzymanej spełniającej warunki wskazane w § 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych z dnia 13 września 2012 r. w sprawie badań lekarskich osób zatrzymanych przez Policję (Dz. U. z 2012r, poz. 1102) i przewidzianej do umieszczenia w pomieszczeniu dla osób zatrzymanych, wydanie zaświadczenia lekarskiego o braku lub istnieniu przeciwwskazań medycznych do przebywania osoby zatrzymanej w pomieszczeniu dla osób zatrzymanych wraz z uzasadnieniem, a także opatrzenie ran oraz wystawienie recepty na niezbędne leki.Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na 10 części.
