         Warunek ten zostanie spełniony, jeżeli Wykonawca przedłoży zezwolenie na prowadzenie działalności objętej przedmiotem zamówienia – tj. zezwolenie na prowadzenie hurtowni farmaceutycznej albo zezwolenie na wytwarzanie, jeżeli wykonawca jest wytwórcą lub odpowiednio w przypadku wykonawcy prowadzącego skład konsygnacyjny – zezwolenie na prowadzenie składu zawierające uprawnienia w zakresie obrotu produktami leczniczymi.

         Warunek zostanie wstępnie zweryfikowany na podstawie wypełnionej Części IV: Kryteria kwalifikacji poprzez złożenie ogólnego oświadczenia dotyczącego wszystkich kryteriów kwalifikacji w pkt. α w JEDZ.
