      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         1. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki udziału w postępowaniu, o ile zostały one określone przez zamawiającego.

         2. O zamówienie mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają następujące warunki udziału w postępowaniu określone w art. 112 ust 2 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych dotyczące:

         2.1. zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym;

         Określenie warunku:

         Zamawiający wymaga, aby wykonawcy prowadzący działalność gospodarczą lub zawodową byli wpisani do jednego z rejestrów zawodowych lub handlowych prowadzonych w kraju, w którym mają siedzibę lub miejsce zamieszkania.

         2.2. uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów;

         2.4. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej (dotyczy oferty składanej na pakiety 2 i 11):

         warunek zostanie uznany za spełniony, jeśli wykonawca składający ofertę wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, należycie wykonał, a w przypadku świadczeń powtarzających się lub ciągłych wykonuje minimum 1 dostawę mebli medycznych w tym łóżek szpitalnych na wartość brutto minimum:

         - 300 tys. zł dla oferty składanej na pakiet nr 2

         - 200 tys. zł dla oferty składanej na pakiet nr 11

         W przypadku dostaw określonych w innych walutach niż PLN do przeliczenia wartości będzie się przyjmowało kurs NBP z dnia wysłania ogłoszenia o zamówieniu do publikacji, a jeśli w tym dniu nie ogłasza się kursu NBP to z dnia kolejnego, w którym dokonuje się ogłoszenia kursu.

         3. Ocena warunków udziału w postępowaniu zostanie przeprowadzona w oparciu o przekazane Zamawiającemu przez Wykonawcę oświadczenia i dokumenty wymagane w SWZ w systemie „spełnia/nie spełnia”.

         4. Sposób spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu w sytuacji, gdy Wykonawca w celu potwierdzenia ich spełniania polega na zdolnościach zawodowych lub sytuacji finansowej podmiotów udostępniających zasoby.

         Wykonawca, który powołuje się na zasoby innych podmiotów, musi wykazać, że udostępnione zasoby pozwalają mu na wykazanie spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu.

         5. Sposób spełnienia warunków udziału w postępowaniu przez wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia.

         a) Warunek dotyczący zdolności do występowania w obrocie prawnym musi spełniać każdy wykonawca składający ofertę wspólną.
