                                            1. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert wariantowych.

                                            2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych.

                                            3. Zamawiający wymaga złożenia ofert w postaci elektronicznej. Szczegółowy opis (instrukcja) składania ofert w

                                            postaci elektronicznej zawarty został w rozdz. XIV SWZ.

                                            4.Zamawiający informuje, iż w przedmiotowym postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego

                                            zastosowana zostanie tzw. „odwrócona kolejność oceny ofert”, o której mowa w art.139 ustawy PZP.

                                            Zamawiający stosując powyższą procedurę, w pierwszej kolejności dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie

                                            dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona w zakresie braku

                                            podstaw do wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu.

                                            5. Brak podstaw do wykluczenia o którym mowa w art. 108 oraz art. 109 ust. 1 pkt 4 ustawy PZP zostanie

                                            wstępnie zweryfikowany na podstawie przedłożonego wraz z ofertą wypełnionego Jednolitego Europejskiego

                                            Dokumentu Zamówienia.

                                            W postępowaniu mają zastosowanie przesłanki wykluczenia na podstawie art. 7 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 13

                                            kwietnia 2022 r., o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz

                                            służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz.U. z 2022, poz. 835).

                                            W postępowaniu mają zastosowanie przesłanki wykluczenia na podstawie art. 5k dodanego do rozporządzenia

                                            Rady (UE) nr 833/2014 z dnia 31 lipca 2014 r. dotyczącego środków ograniczających w związku z działaniami

                                            Rosji destabilizującymi sytuację na Ukrainie (Dz. Urz. UE nr L 229 z 31.7.2014 ) na mocy art. 1 pkt 23

                                            rozporządzenia 2022/576

                                            6. Wykaz podmiotowych środków dowodowych zawiera rozdział IX SWZ.

                                            7. Dokumenty i oświadczenia składane wraz z ofertą zostały wskazane w Rozdziale XIV SWZ.

                                            8. Wszelkie nieuregulowane w niniejszym SWZ czynności, uprawnienia, obowiązki Wykonawców i

                                            Zamawiającego, których ustawa nie nakazała zawierać Zamawiającemu w SWZ, a które mogą przyczynić się

                                            do właściwego przebiegu postępowania, reguluje ustawa PZP.

                                            9. Zamawiający przewiduje dokonanie zmian umowy w toku jej realizacji w przypadku zaistnienia okoliczności,

                                            o których mowa w art. 455 ustawy PZP.

                                            10. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia wadium w przedmiotowym postępowaniu zgodnie z Rozdziałem XXII.

                                            11. Informacje o środkach komunikacji elektronicznej, przy użyciu których zamawiający będzie komunikował

                                            się z wykonawcami, oraz informacje o wymaganiach technicznych i organizacyjnych sporządzania, wysyłania i

                                            odbierania korespondencji elektronicznej zostały wskazane w Rozdziale X SWZ.

                                            12. Opis sposobu przygotowania i złożenia oferty został wskazany w Rozdziale XIV SWZ.
