  Produkty lecznicze będące przedmiotem zamówienia w ww. postępowaniu są niezbędne w podstawowej działalności szpitala w celu zachowania ciągłości zaopatrzenia i udzielania świadczeń zdrowotnych. Pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia w trybie procedury przyspieszonej jest uzasadniona ze względu na pojawienie się i kwalifikację większej ilości pacjentów do nowych i aktualnych programów lekowych w porównaniu do początkowego szacunku otrzymanego z poszczególnych Klinik szpitala. Istnieje również konieczność zapewnienia kontynuacji leczonym pacjentom dostępu do produktów leczniczych, a tym samym zachowania ciągłości ich leczenia. Brak dostępności leków, może spowodować pogorszenie stanu pacjenta i narażenie go na utratę zdrowia oraz utratę refundacji programu lekowego.
