         - Nachweis Einsatzbereitschaft des Bieters anhand der Streckenangaben vom Bieterstandort zum genannten Havariebereich (Meistereibereich) innerhalb von 90 Minuten (Routenplaner),

         - Nachweis der einzusetzenden Reinigungstechnologie in Bezug auf Punkt 3.3 der Ausführungsbeschreibung sowie der zur Verfügung stehenden technischen Ausrüstung (Technik ist zu benennen/mit Kurzbeschreibung bzw. technisches Datenblatt/bildlich zu dokumentieren zzgl. Zertifizierung),

         - Nachweise

         a) Fachbetrieb nach § 3 Abs. 2 S. 2 der Verordnung über Anlagen zum Umgang mit

         wassergefährdenden Stoffen (alt § 19 L WHG) sowie

         b) zertifizierter Entsorgungsfachbetrieb nach § 56 KrWG und
