  Zamawiający wyznacza krótszy termin składania ofert ponieważ zachodzi pilna potrzeba udzielenia zamówienia. Uzasadnieniem jest konieczność zapewnienia leków dla pacjentów naszego szpitala, w szczególności pilne jest zapotrzebowanie dla pacjentów oddziału Hematologii, ponieważ w szpitalu aktualnie przebywają pacjenci onkologiczni w trakcie terapii ratującej życie, do której niezbędne są leki w ramach chemioterapii a podanie ich oczekującym pacjentom powinno nastąpić w jak najkrótszym możliwym czasie.
