         Hankinnan kohteena ovat Kiinteistö Oy Uudenkaupungin Vuokratalojen tarvitsemat isännöintipalvelut, hallintopalvelut ja vuokranvälityspalvelut.

         Tilaajan tarkoituksena on hankkia ja toteuttaa sopimuksen kautta isännöinti-, hallinto- sekä vuokravälityspalvelut, joita tilaajan toiminnan toteuttamisessa tarvitaan. Palveluntuottajan tulee voida tarjota tilaajalle laadukasta, ammattitaitoista ja kokonaisvaltaista palvelua tuottaen tilaajan kiinteistökannan sekä yhtiön toimivan hallinnoinnin. Palvelu tuotetaan tällä hetkellä ulkopuolisella palveluntuottajalla.

         Tilaajan tavoitteena on aikaansaada ulkopuolisen palveluntuottajan kanssa palvelusuhde, jossa palvelu tuotetaan vastaavalla tavalla keskitetysti, joustavasti ja edullisesti.Tilaajan tavoitteena on toimiva kumppanuus, jossa palveluntuottaja vastaa hankinnan kohteena olevan palvelun toteuttamisesta tässä hankinnassa sovellettavaksi tulevien asiakirjojen sisältämien ehtojen ja tilaajan mahdollisesti myöhemmin antamien tarkentavien ehtojen ja ohjeiden mukaisesti.Kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on, että palvelut on siirretty uudelle palveluntuottajalle 1.1.2024 mennessä.

Isännöitsijällä ja tämän varahenkilöillä tulee olla tehtävän vaativuus huomioiden riittävä koulutus ja kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä. Isännöintipalveluista vastaavalla yrityksellä tulee olla toimipiste Uudessakaupungissa.
