         Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług ochrony osób i mienia na terenie obiektów w CEZ Skawina S.A. w latach 2023 – 2026.

         Zamawiający, w celu ochrony informacji poufnych zawartych w dokumentach SIWZ, stanowiących tajemnicę przedsiębiorstwa Zamawiającego, ustanawia w Postępowaniu poniższe środki, mające na celu ochronę poufnego charakteru informacji:

         W celu uzyskania dostępu do CZĘŚCI II i III SIWZ konieczne jest złożenie oświadczenia o zachowaniu poufności opatrzonego kwalifikowanym podpisem elektronicznym zgodnie ze wzorem określonym w Załączniku nr 8 – Wzór 4 w terminie do 31.07.2023 r., do godziny 12:00. Podpisane oświadczenie przez osoby umocowane do reprezentacji Wykonawcy (wynikające z rejestru KRS lub umocowania udzielonego przez te osoby w odrębnym pełnomocnictwie) należy złożyć za pośrednictwem Platformy Zakupowej.

         Po pozytywnej weryfikacji ważności oświadczenia w odpowiedzi zostanie udzielony dostęp do przedmiotowej dokumentacji.
