         2.Zaoferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać dokumenty dopuszczające do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 07.04.2022

         3.Przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać, co najmniej 6 miesięczny okres ważności liczony od dnia dostawy do siedziby Zamawiającego.

         4.Przedmiot zamówienia musi być sterylny (jałowy), co wymaga wyraźnego oznaczenia na opakowaniu jednostkowym z określeniem okresu zachowania jałowości.
