Der Abriss der Gartenhütten dient der Baufeldfreimachung und ist zwingend erforderlich, um den Baufortschritt mehrerer Gewerke nicht zu behindern. Ein neuer AN erhöht den Koordinationsbedarf und erzeugt Koordinationsschwierigkeiten. Zudem kann es zu erheblichen Verzögerungen im Leistungsablauf führen. Zudem würden Synergieffektre beim Wechsel des AN verloren gehen.
