         This notice is regarding the contracting entity´s project for the development, construction and operation of a offshore wind project called Baltica 3 in the Baltic Sea where Ørsted Wind Power A/S is representing the Contracting Entity in the entire tender procedure, specifically to the tender for Manufacture and Supply of Monopiles for Baltica 3 - Lot 1A and Lot 1B.

         It has been decided to reconfigure the Baltica 3 with the aim of optimizing Baltica 3 before progressing with this project. Lot 1A and Lot 1B regarding Baltica 3 in the tender for Manufacture and Supply of Monopiles announced in the notice: 2021/S 228-601488 is therefore being cancelled. Lot 2A, Lot 2B and Lot 2C for Baltica 2 are unaffected by this notice.
