         Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na potrzeby własne POLREGIO S.A. (dotyczy nieruchomości będących własnością Spółki oraz dzierżawionych), o łącznym planowanym wolumenie zużycia 4 527 MWh (ilość bazowa, maksymalna) w okresie obowiązywania umowy. Termin realizacji zamówienia obejmuje okres 6 miesięcy od pierwszego dnia miesiąca następującego po miesiącu, w którym Wykonawca doprowadził do pozytywnego zakończenia procedury zmiany dostawcy energii (przy czym dostawa energii będzie realizowana nie wcześniej niż od 01.07.2023 r.) lub do wyczerpania kwoty przeznaczonej na sfinansowanie zamówienia, przy czym Wykonawca jest obowiązany do zakończenia procedury zmiany sprzedawcy energii w terminie 25 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy.
