Contract Duration: 160 Calendar Days
Source of Fund: 20% Development Fund
Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project
for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criteria. Post
Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference (s), Evaluation of Bids,
Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

1. Advertisement/Posting November 5, 2025 to November 12, 2025
2. Issuance of Bid Documents November 7, 2025 to November 24, 2025
3. Pre- Bid Conference November 11, 2025 @ 10:30 a.m.
4.Submission, Receipt of Eligibility Requirements, Bid Documents (Technical/ Financial Proposals on or before )
5. Bid opening November 25, 2025 to 9:15 am
November 25, 2025 @ 9:30 am
The Complete Schedule of Activities:
Complete sets of Eligibility and Bid Documents/forms may be obtained at the BAC Secretariat OFFICE upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php 5,000.00
for each project to the Municipality of New Bataan, Davao De Oro.
Eligible bidders must submit their Bids at the address below on or before November 25, 2025 at 8:30-9:15 a.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid
security in the form of Cash or Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Bank draft or Bank Guarantee, or irrevocable letter 2%, Surety Bond 5%, foreign
government guarantee 100%, Bid Securing Declaration for the total amount of the whole ABC, or Equivalent amount freely convertible currency. Late bids
shall not be accepted. Bid Opening shall be on November 25, 2025 at the BAC Office. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representative
whose choose to attend at the address below at 9:30 a.m. on November 25, 2025 at BAC Office New Bataan, Davao de Oro.
The Municipality of New Bataan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify Bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of Bid
and reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to award of contract, waive any defects therein, accept the offer most advantageous to
the Government. In case of Representative he/she must present proof Authority of Establishment and Valid I.D. or SPA (Special Power of Attorney) in
securing the bidding documents and Special Bidders Permit
