The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has received credit from World Bank towards the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Spending Effectively for Enhanced Development (KP-SPEED). The project intends to use part of the proceeds to procure IT Equipment for Pension Cell, Finance Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Spending Effectively for Enhanced Development (KP-SPEED) invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the IT Equipment as per details given below:

Detailed specifications are provided in RFQ Document available in the office of undersigned and can be downloaded from the Download Section of: www.kprmp.gov.pk

The Request for Quotation offers, and enclosed documents must be received by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Spending Effectively for Enhanced Development (KP-SPEED) House No. 1, Street No. 7-A, Defence Colony, Qafla Road, Opposite Pakistan Baitul Mal Peshawar, not later than 3rd February 2026 – 04:00 PM and shall be opened on the same date at 04:15 PM in the presence of authorized representatives of the firms who wish to be present.

Terms and Conditions:

• The Quotation/Bids must be submitted according to the RFQ. Details are provided in the Request for Quotations (RFQ).
• Firms must submit valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration documents.
• Taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
• The firms must have at least two years of experience in supply of similar items.
• The firms submitting quotations must submit an affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted in any Government organization.
• Quotation must be typewritten. Incomplete/conditional, overwritten quotations will not be considered.
• If the Bidder is not a manufacturer/Distributer but is offering the Goods on behalf of the Manufacturer/Distributer, the bidder must provide a valid Authorization Certificate.
• The Prices indicated in the Price Schedule shall be delivered duty paid (DDP). The price of other (incidental) services, if any, may be mentioned separately.
• Offers shall be quoted in Pak Rupees.
• This office reserves the right to accept or reject all of the submitted quotations as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services ” July 2016 Revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”)
