The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has received credit from World Bank towards the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization and Public Resource Management Program (KPRM&PRMP). The project intends to use part of the proceeds to procure IT Equipment for Excise & Taxation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization & Public Resource Management Program invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the IT Equipment.

Detailed specifications are provided in RFQ Document available in the office of undersigned and can be downloaded from the Download Section of: www.kprmp.gov.pk

The Request for Quotation offers, and enclosed documents must be received by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization and Public Resource Management Program House No. 1, Street No. 7-A, Defence Colony, Qafla Road, Opposite Pakistan Baitul Mal Peshawar, not later than 04 February 2026 – 02:00 PM and shall be opened on the same date at 02:15 PM in the presence of authorized representatives of the firms who wish to be present.

Terms and Conditions:

• The Quotation/Bids must be submitted according to the RFQ. Details are provided in the Request for Quotations (RFQ).
• Firms must submit valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration documents.
• Taxes will be deducted according to government rules.
• The firms must have at least two years of experience in supply of similar items.
• The firms submitting quotations must submit an affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted in any Government organization.
• Quotation must be typewritten. Incomplete/conditional, overwritten quotations will not be considered.
• If the Bidder is not a manufacturer/Distributer but is offering the Goods on behalf of the Manufacturer/Distributer, the bidder must provide a valid Authorization Certificate.
• The Prices indicated in the Price Schedule shall be delivered duty paid (DDP). The price of other (incidental) services, if any, may be mentioned separately.
• Offers shall be quoted in Pak Rupees.
• This office reserves the right to accept or reject all of the submitted quotations as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services ” July 2016 Revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”)
