         The aim of this RFP and the subsequent dialogue is to deliver a broadcast control system (BCS) that is capable of meeting NRK"s long term strategic goals.

         This is a negotiated procedure in two stages. In the first stage we only ant requests for qualification. See chapter 8.

         Applicants that are qualified and chosen to participate will be able to submit a tender in stage two.
