Explanation:

The procurement concerns one CarL instrument for analysing HIV, HCV and Borrelia using the blot principle.

For the above reason, Aidian Oy, represented by Aidian Norway AS, is the only supplier that can make the delivery. The terms in the PPR § 13-4 (2) are considered to be met. Any appeals against this procurement must be sent to the project manager within 10 days of the publication of this notice.
