        The contract includes emptying interceptors for sludge (septic tanks) and sealed tanks, as well as mini-treatment plants, including transport to Sandefjord Treatment Plant.

        Interceptors for sludge connected to the municipal sewerage system are not included in the contest. Except properties that have/have had notification from the municipality that the interceptor for sludge must be kept operational due to a bad municipal pipeline, etc.

        The service must be conventional emptying of sludge. Not mobile dewatering.

        The contract will be valid for 6 years and the contracting authority can extend the contract for 1 year.

    1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
        List and brief description of conditions:

        Requirement 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required

        to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. Documentation. Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tender is established.

        Requirement 2: Payment of public fees. Documentation: Norwegian tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate, which must not be older than six months calculated form the tender deadline. Tenderers must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately.

        Requirement 3: Tenderers must have good economic ability to fulfil the contract. Documentation: Presentation of the company"s annual accounts (the most recent annual report submitted to the Brønnøysund Register of Enterprises, including the auditor"s report). The contracting authority reserves the right to request preliminary figures after the latest annual report, as well as financial statements for the two previous years if this is deemed necessary. For newly established companies, a recent financial printout signed by the auditor must be submitted.

        Requirement 4: Tenderers must have experience from equivalent contracts/assignments (as regards implementation ability, scope, value, and complexity). Documentation: Tenderers must present a list of their most important relevant deliveries in the last three years, including a description of the assignment (what it involved), information on the contracting authority, value, date, and the contracting authority"s contact person (name, telephone number and email address). Sandefjord municipality can also emphasise our own experience with the tenderer. References will only be contacted if required. Tenderers are responsible for documenting the compliance with the qualification requirement through own description.

        Requirement 5: Tenderers must have a satisfactory quality assurance system adapted to the nature and scope of the delivery. Documentation: A description of the quality assurance system, or any certification, ISO or equivalent.

        Requirement 6: Tenderers are required to have environment management certification in the form of EMAS, ISO 14001, or Eco-lighthouse or other approved certified environmental management. It is the tenderer´s responsibility to

        document that another certification is equivalent. Documentation: EMAS, ISO 14001, or Eco-Lighthouse, or other recognised certified environment management.
