        The assignment includes of two lots A-B and five requested options. Sub-providers can be engaged, and tenders can be submitted for the main assignment, with or without one or several options.

      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

        A certificate of registration must be issued by the Brønnøysund Register Centre. The certificate shall not be older than one year. The provider winning the tender contest must submit the latest tax certificate before signing the contract.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the agreement. Information concerning liquidity and solvency shall be obtained by the contracting authority itself via Proff®. It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details for tenderers registered in Norway.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        The minimum requirements are "satisfactory liquidity" and "satisfactory solvency" to satisfy the qualification requirement.

        Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Comparable assignments are in this context defined as the provision of the service included in the contest for major public departments/enterprises or major private corporations.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer"s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another provider.
