Norsk helsenett (NHN) invites tenderers to a market dialogue/supplier dialogue.on behalf of the Norwegian Public Health Institute (NIPH). The objective of the dialogue is to receive non-binding information from the supplier market for the preparation of the planned contract(s) for consultancy service related to the establishment of an integrated data and analysis service.
The service shall initially be developed and managed by NIPH"s internal development resources. However, NIPH wants to establish contract(s) with partners who can provide advice and guidance, e.g., related to architecture and possible technological choices.
