        The OFAS Group and its subsidiaries have a need to procure auditing services and related additional services. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a contract with one tenderer as statutory auditor for the OFAS Group and its subsidiaries. The services cover the assignments included in a statutory audit, which must be performed in accordance with the Audit Act and associated laws, regulations and standards. The audit includes full cost accounting. In addition, the Contracting Authority will need certain fixed additional services, including technical preparation of annual accounts, preparation of shareholder register statements and preparation of tax returns. It may also be necessary to provide other adjacent services. Such types of services could include, for example, confirmation of capital increases, debt conversion, legal services and sustainability reporting.

The purpose of the procurement is to establish a contract with one tenderer as statutory auditor for the OFAS Group and its subsidiaries. The services cover the assignments included in a statutory audit, which must be performed in accordance with the Audit Act and associated laws, regulations and standards. The audit includes full cost accounting. See the Requirements Specification (Appendix 1) for further information on the performance requirements. In addition, the Contracting Authority will need certain fixed additional services, including technical preparation of annual accounts, preparation of shareholder register statements and preparation of tax returns. It may also be necessary to provide other adjacent services. These will be based on the tenderer"s quoted hourly rates. Such types of services could include, for example, confirmation of capital increases, debt conversion, legal services and sustainability reporting. The contract has a tentative start date of August 2024 when the election of the auditor has been approved by the general meeting to be held in June 2024.
